Ottagon 16
On day 10 now. My energy throughout the day is super low, with mild depression, but any time I eat a piece of fruit, I start to feel kind of high and euphoric. It doesn't feel natural at all. I'm not binging on fruit or anything, but now I'm thinking I should avoid fruit because of this. Thoughts?
Moluv 1252
Keep following the food meal map, like adding the fruit to a well balanced meal and I think eventually your energy will level out.
Sharon Simpson Thumann 378
Have you had any previous issues with sugar? This sounds like me when mine blood glucose levels are too high, however fruit has never made me feel that way.

I enjoy it now and then but I don't like a lot of it, and I have had virtually no sugar cravings so far.
MrsStick 716
When you eat your fruit, try making it a full mini-meal - veggies, fruit, meat, fat. That should help to curb the blood sugar spike.
