So today is day one of my Whole 30. I tried to start a couple of weeks ago and got derailed, so here I am re-committing to my 30 days. I also have some good support with a couple of people at the gym that are joining me on this endeavor.

Day 3 and I already feel better (for the most part). I'm feeling a little of the sluggishness that I was prepared to deal with. On the good side, I already feel less bloated and better than I did last week! So excited to see what the rest of my time holds for me. One more good thing...I'm enjoying my coffee black with cinnamon! My coffee with no creamer was one of the things I was dreading, but after giving the cinnamon a shot, I've found my new way to drink coffee!
