The ides of Feb

Starting today! I think this will be my 3rd Whole30. I've found it to be pretty invaluable in the past so when my Crossfit gym decided to host this challenge, I readily joined in. Hoping this experience will have similar results as past ones: better sleeping, more energy, more focus in particular. I'm a full time working mom in a demanding job and just haven't been able to focus on nutrition as much as I usually do of late.
