EDB Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Starting today! I think this will be my 3rd Whole30. I've found it to be pretty invaluable in the past so when my Crossfit gym decided to host this challenge, I readily joined in. Hoping this experience will have similar results as past ones: better sleeping, more energy, more focus in particular.
