citymom
Ramping up to start my next Whole30 this week. I'm looking for a great julienne peeler. I saw somewhere Melissa had posted a link to the one they use and love. Anyone know what that is? I can't seem to find the link. Or please post the one you use that works great. Thanks. Jamie
I bought something similar to this http://www.amazon.com/Kuhn-Rikon-Julienne-Peeler-Protector/dp/B0000CEWJD but was not very happy with it. So I splurged and got one of these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007Y9WHQ/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00 It works great and is fun to use. I especially like it for making zuchinni spaghetti. bon
I have the second one posted by Jamie and it's the shiz So fast and clean-up is easy! I'm not normally a fan of kitchen "gadgets" as I find that good knives usually trump all, but if you like zucchini noodles you will LOVE a spiralizer! Robin Strathdee
I've got the cheap and cheerful OXO brand from Bed Bath & Beyond. Noodle-izes anything soft with no issues, but tougher veg like carrots aren't so easy.
Carie Skeahan
I made zucchini spaghetti tonight for the first time. I picked up a $3.99 julienne at Home Goods. It worked just fine. We will see how long it lasts…
