How exactly do I reintroduce?

Hello everyone! Well today marks day 30 of my Whole30 and I am very excited to have finished it; however, I am kinda nervous about the reintroduction phase. I don't have the book so I'm not 100% sure how to go about reintroducing food groups. Before the Whole30 I was 80/20 paleo...I stopped eating grains like 1 year ago...minus the "cheat day" every weekend (which I have now learned better to not try and "set up for failure") so the major things for me were removing Dairy and Legumes; i ate dairy and beans regularly. So I was wondering how exactly the 2-3 day per food group reintroduction works...could anyone please explain? Thanks a bunch in advance!! :)
