Bridget McNeill Posted February 16, 2013 Share Posted February 16, 2013 Hi, my name is Bridget. I am 41 and the mother of 4 boys. They are 23, 17, 17, and 13. I am the sole Whole 30-er in my house so there are no-no foods all around. I have been CrossFitting for one year now and have seen great improvements but am ready for more. I don't have any health problems other than low back pain. Have been trying to ease into Paleo for over 6 months decided it is time to jump in with both feet. I work part-time and spend most of my days on the road taking kids from one place to another. My biggest triggers are when I am alone at the house while everyone else is working or in school. I am sure it is boredom. All this Valentine's Day chocolate is driving me crazy. I am going to make the kids hide it when they wake up!!! I miss sweetening my coffee but I guess it is okay with just Almond Milk(unsweetened, of course) in it. I had a CrossFit friend who was supposed to start with me, but she bailed. I would love to have an accountability partner, but don't know anyone who is doing this and not close to anyone but my trainer who has already done it. So, anyone want to buddy up?
