francesca
Hi All, I'm restarting my Whole30 having just cheated 11 days into my first one. I'm trying to be more intense about this round but I'm having a lot of trouble getting down food - just feel really nauseous, especially since I think my comfort foods have always been sweets. I can't choke down the proteins, and the fats - having a lot of trouble eating without wanting to vomit. I'm eating an apple now to curb the nausea since it does have some natural sugar. Does anyone have any tips that can help? I desperately want to do this! Thanks in advance.
Kirsteen
The one thing that really helped me was taking digestive enzymes with each meal. If you can get hold of some ginger root and grate it, it makes a great tea which really helps with all sorts of nausea. good luck
Flynn
Eat lots of light things like starchy vegetables, salad, raw vegetables and fruit with your meals to balance the heavy meat and fat, and don't overestimate the size of your palm and thumb
