I am satisfied with my meals and I didn't think I would be. I am with you on thinking I could overeat approved foods. I think that it might be easier to overeat the first week while we are detoxing, but once our body detoxes it will be easier not to overeat. I found out some difficult news about my mother's health and immediately wanted to eat a hot fudge sundae. I never knew I was an emotional eater...but the more intense the idea of my mother's cancer treatment becomes, the more compelling eating cereal, chocolate and ice cream becomes. I'm fighting hard, but it's tough. On a whoopie note...I found a natural market not too far from my home and found some awesome spicy chorizo sausage.
