VintageRescuer
Although the last post in this forum was almost 3 years-I am new to Whole30. I was saddened to find that my So Delicious unsweetened brand of coconut milk was non-compliant since it has carrageenan in it. So today, I went on the hunt for canned coconut milk that is compliant, Trader Joe's was out so I headed to Walmart and found the Golden Star brand for $1.48 a can-good deal, I think. I also bought Walmart brand figs for-all others were non-compliant and Walmart even had coconut flour...I may have to change my opinion about Walmart... praxisproject
Another brand favourite in the USA is Native Forest. Most people find compliant cans easier than boxes as the boxes tend to contain more weird things. Here in Australia, Ayam is the favourite (just coconut and water).
