I have been changing my lifestyle over the past 3-4 years and recently hired the best trainer around. She does crossfit and noticed when we would go out to eat that I basically followed a paleolithic way of eating. She suggested I research it and here I am. I am done with excuses and ready to give it all I have for the next 30 days. Tomorrow is day one and I am very excited to begin. Thanks for your time and support!
