Among the meat, eggs and familiar produce, I ordered some new things. Sunchokes? I started googling this morning and am a bit nervous because some folks say they react in the stomach like beans? I also got Bolivian sunroot, aka yacon. So cool that local farmers are growing things like this in Georgia! If anyone has cooked these with success, please let me know!
