Wynne Jones Posted February 22, 2013 Share Posted February 22, 2013 The first two times I tried to do the W30 I only made it a couple of weeks, then my pms symptoms sent me straight to the junk food. This time, I started right after my period ended. I'm on Day 21 today, and my period just started (a couple of days early), and I had/have NO PMS SYMPTOMS, including my usual compulsive need for chocolate! What a relief! I genuinely feel like I can finally trust my body. Link to comment
