Stacey Posted June 19, 2012 Share Posted June 19, 2012 I'm wondering if it's possible to have abdominal disdention from eating nuts ... specifically cashews and almonds. I've been using them as a snack/fat source and they are the only thing I don't usually eat so I think they could be causing this issue. Is this possible?
