Farley's food log

Well, here I am on day 1 and finding myself pretty anxious about making the right choices. Any feedback on the foods I'm eating is much appreciated!

Day 1

8:40am: Scrambled eggs with onion, zucchini, and spinach

1/2 orange

11:30: 1/2 orange

1p: 2 beef burgers (small in size) on a bed of lettuce with homemade salsa (tomatoes, onions, peppers) with carrots

3:45p: handful of pistachios

7:45p: orange chicken w bell peppers, mashed sweet potatoes, and a few pcs of apple

*feeling exhausted and out of it. Hoping it gets better with each day!
