Misty Cannon Posted February 26, 2013 Share Posted February 26, 2013 Hi everyone, I originally decided to do a Whole30 for the weight loss, but the more I have read, the more excited I am to feel healthy. Day One went great Breakfast - 3 Scrambled eggs, Spinach cooked in coconut oil Lunch - Quarter roasted chicken, Oven roasted asparagus and zucchini Dinner - Greek flavored turkey patty, Salad with olives and homemade vinaigrette I also grocery shopped last night. I was expecting a much higher bill at the register, but I think now that the dairy was missing from my cart, it might help the budget. Ready for what the next 29 days brings!
