Day one of the journey to the not-so-new (I'll be 61 on 4/2) but improved me with the help of all you folks out there on this same adventure. Excited, nervous, yes! But oh so determined. I have a very special helper who brought this plan to me; my beautiful 19 year old daughter who is also doing the Whole30 with me. Thank you Sweetpea!
