Victory over stress eating!

It's 10:34 PM, and I just returned home from a 14 hour, super stressful work day. And even though the office was empty tonight and I could have raided the vending machine without anyone being the wiser, I popped an emergency hard-boiled egg, chased it with a small handful of cashews, and by the time I left the office, realized I wasn't even hungry, let alone craving the pint of butterfinger ice cream I'd usually scarf down on a night like tonight. I can't believe it's taken only 11 days to totally rewire my brain's relationship with food, and to undue 20 years of emotional binge eating habits. This victory adds a huge silver lining to an otherwise terrible day! :blink:
