Danielle Rutherford
I know that if I can live without something, I don't need to reintroduce it per the book. My husband and I finish our Whole30 Saturday and I am nervous to reintroduce gluten. I am quite convinced that it's contributed to many of my "mystery" health issues over the years. That being said, I know that at some point in my life I may eat gluten again. Should I just reintroduce it to see if and how severe of a reaction I have? Kirsteen
I hadn't had gluten for about 12 years pre W30 so, knowing I have a problem with it, I won't be attempting reintroduction. If you want to try gluten to see it's effect, I'd do it when the rest of your diet is 'clean' so that if you have any side effects you'll know exactly what's causing them. If you suspect you may have problems i'd also do the reintro when you can relax and aren't having to rush around at work etc. just in case you don't do too well. Good luck, let us know how you get on if you do decide to reintroduce it.
