Austin Harris Posted March 1, 2013 Share Posted March 1, 2013 I currently am on week 3 of my Creatine Monohydrate experiment. I wanted to see what kind of gains I could make on it. So far, so good! I do believe this is whole 30 approved, right? Also just ordered the SFH super concentrated fish oil that was recommended per the whole 9. My question is the website says to take it on an empty stomach, while melissa says to take it with a meal. Which one should I follow? why the difference?
