Hello,

we have been living the Primal life for over a year now, and recently have begun juicing organic fruits and veggies. We are about to begin a Whole30, but I've read in the forum that fruit juices are a no-no except when used sparingly as a sweetener. Is this the case? If so would vegetable juices be an acceptable quick breakfast? (cabbage, carrot, celery, beet)

Sure! As long as the juice is still INSIDE the vegetable, on a plate next to some protein and with a healthy dose of fat.

Moluv, when I first saw your "sure", I thought you had lost your ever lovin mind. :0)
