Newbie and 1st Day!

Hi Guys,

This wasn't part of the plan when I purchased the book "It Starts with Food". All I wanted to do was get a good nutritional book for my weekend trip out in the desert.

After only a few chapters in I decided to just do it.

I want a healthier relationship with food. Cut out the "binge" eating and finally get rid of any and all food dragons that have followed me around all my life.

I also talked my husband into doing it with me. He has terrible allergies and I'm hoping this will give him some relief.

Excited and a bit nervous! 30 days --- we can do it!!!

Hi Che, you and me both :) I just wanted a good read on nutrition but once having read the book, I was so convinced by it, I just couldn't ignore it. So good luck on your journey and let us know how you get on.
