CGoode30
So, my roommate and I started on May 2nd (we were supposed to sart on the first, but we got lazy). So far, so good. The only thing that I have been experiencing is headaches. and its only at the end of the evening. I am assuming that those will pass. Right? I am SUPER excited that this was the first morning that I woke up before my alarm! I am pumped for the next 26 days! Also, I have a nut allergy (primarily almonds, pecans and macadamias). I am worried about getting enough protein in at breakfast since I don't always have time to cook in the morning, and reheating eggs proves to be not so tasty. Any suggestions? Molly8256
Congrats! I am taking a suggestion from many other members and kind of throwing out the idea that I need to eat "breakfast" food in the morning. I can only eat so many eggs... Today I am eating leftovers from dinner last night...a pork chop and squash. Seems kind of weird...but it's just as good for breakfast as it was for dinner! Moderators Tom Denham Posted March 5, 2013 Moderators Share Posted March 5, 2013 My first thought is to make time to prepare a good breakfast. My second thought is to keep boiled eggs in the refrigerator at all times. I went through a phase where I ate 2 big dill pickles and 3 boiled eggs for breakfast every morning. And if you don't eat boiled eggs at breakfast, you can add them to tuna salad or other salads. And like Molly said, leftovers are great breakfast food.
