I am finishing up my first 30 days and had the idea of having a long term plan of doing a 30 day every month that has 30 days. (No jokers, yes I know that 11 have 30 days) I'm going to follow the plan but not to the letter (Going to have sugar free creamer, the occasional chocolate treat and a couple diet pepsi's - my drug of choice) I'll never go back to the way I was eating but I'll take the 31 day months as loose rules and the 30 days on hard core Whole30. SO who's in! Just a reminder: Thirty days hath September, April, June and November; February has twenty eight alone All the rest have thirty-one Except in Leap Year, that's the time When February's Days are twenty-nine So on Whole30: February (for good measure either start 2 days early or go two days into March) April, June, September and November Loose Rules: January, March, May, July, August, October, December Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
