araboo27 Posted March 5, 2013 Share Posted March 5, 2013 Hey guys just started my first whole 30 and am wondering how mayo fits into meals? Does it count as your fat as its obviously made of oil? Would that mean 1-2 thumb size portions per meal...what on earth does that equate to, 2/3 tbsp? I'm confused, lol. Any advice would be fab.
