5 til 40 Posted June 20, 2012 Share Posted June 20, 2012 Hi Everyone. I am a sugar (mostly ice cream and fro yo) and peanut butter (yes, peanut butter) addict and today is my day 5 of the Whole 30. So far, so good. I already love how I feel (with the exception of a little headache, sleepy, and a bit more on edge than usual). But this program just feels right. I have tried clean eating, lots of extra exercise, calorie counting, etc., but I am looking for something to not cover up my addiction and food issues, but to help uncover and resolve them so I can live a life not focused on food. I love that this program does not leave room for many decisions (like you can have a little bit of junk). that always sets me up to fail. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and look forward to checking back on this forum. I would like to be as healthy as I can be (and it wouldn't help to tone up and lose about 10 lbs either).
