So i'm on day 6 (just finished day 6)... Something I'm wondering about is meal spacing. So I ate breakfast at like 7:30am (4 eggs, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup mushrooms in coconut oil) lunch at about 12:30 (5 oz turkey, 1 cup green beans in coconut oil, half a sweet potato with siagon cinnamon and ghee) then I was ready for dinner at 4:30 (I had chicken sauteed in coconut oil and spices with 2 cups of broccoli and cauliflower). Now at 8:30ish I was hungry again! So I had a few eggs in coconut oil with 1/2 banana, 1 clementine with a bit of nutiva coconut manna... Is that ok????????????????????????????????????

How far apart should my meals be and should I eat more at them so as to hold me longer????

The meal template http://whole9life.com/book/ISWF-Meal-Planning-Template.pdf spells it out. 3 meals is ideal and yes you should eat enough at each one to keep you satisfied til the next one. But it can take a while to get into the way of that so don't worry about it. I know Tom ate more than that, I think it was 4 or 5 meals for quite some time. Melissa herself says it's better to snack than be ravenously hungry just make sure snacks are like mini meals with protein, veggies & fat. Make sure there's enough fat with each meal. I'm sure you'll do great. Good luck

I really like that you ate a fourth meal of eggs and fruit with some fat. A fourth meal is okay.

You might need to eat a bigger lunch to remain satisfied until later in the day. I frequently eat a big lunch between noon and 1 and don't eat supper until 7:30. Eating supper at 7:30 makes it easy for me to stay satisfied through sleepy time. But as Kirsteen said, I ate 4 or 5 meals per day for a long time before I got comfortable eating big enough meals to be happy with 3.
