Heather Beck Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Hi there, I hope I am doing this correctly? I have a question regarding pre & post workout meals plus breakfast. I do CrossFit at 6 in the morning... today is day 2 of Whole30 and so I am eating at 5:15 pre-workout meal then my workout then eating post workout meal at 7:30.... then I am suppose to eat breakfast but honestly it's now 11 and I just ate breakfast. Is there a better way for this to look so there is not so much food early or is my breakfast okay to have so late?? Any help on this would be appreciated.
