Day 6 down and feeling great.

Hi everyone. I am new to whole 9 but have loosely been following a primal diet for a few months. I was not getting the results I wanted with that and so I realized I needed something a little more strict. A first this did not seem bearable when I read about it but after a few months of playing with recipes I have found a good sized list of meals I can count on. I cannot believe how much better I feel after only a couple of days. I used to feel like I was walking around in the fog and had a hard time keeping enough energy throughout my day. Now I feel great from sun up to sun down. Thank you whole 30! Oh, and my pants are already loose!
