CharlotteT
Just got back from costco and realized that the sausage lists "spices" in the ingredient list. What do y'all think?? Chicken, roasted red pepper, spinach, chicken broth, salt, spices, paprika, celery powder, garlic
zurfndog
I'm a newbie, so you might take this with a grain of salt, but those ingredients sound ok to me. I guess the purists out there will advise non-processed or cured meats, but I say go for it.

CharlotteT
Sure! Here's the brands website. http://casualgourmetsausage.com/ I've only had the roasted red pepper and spinach flavor but its delicious! Today we had it grilled with sautéed onions and mustard. I think the apple flavor was compliant as well but not positive.
