mary-t
Just wondering if anyone can recommend a book or two on peri-menopause. There are several I've seen on Amazon, but it'd be nice to hear what people who follow a similar diet suggest. With the hormonal sea changes brought about by the Whole30, I'm now thinking about other changes yet to come (and how to best manage them). I'm not particularly interested in fertility, which many "hormone" books seem to focus on. More, I just want to have a clearer idea of the signs, timeline, etc. and, even better, how one can approach peri-menopause in a whole-foods, natural way. Thanks for any suggestions! Link to comment
Susan W
You know...she rubs me the wrong way, but I have heard Robin Magraw wrote a really good one. Not sure I spelled it correctly but she is Dr Phils wife. Link to comment

Susan W
I saw the Dr Phil show where she was promoting it. It seemed like a really good "this was my journey" book. She goes over all of the symptoms and options and had a good team of experts weighing in. Link to comment
Suhug123
Dr Christiane Northrup has many on peri menopause. I started reading them a couple of years ago when I first started experiencing peri menopause issues. very informative. Link to comment
