Just wondering if anyone can recommend a book or two on peri-menopause. There are several I've seen on Amazon, but it'd be nice to hear what people who follow a similar diet suggest. With the hormonal sea changes brought about by the Whole30, I'm now thinking about other changes yet to come (and how to best manage them).

I'm not particularly interested in fertility, which many "hormone" books seem to focus on. More, I just want to have a clearer idea of the signs, timeline, etc. and, even better, how one can approach peri-menopause in a whole-foods, natural way. Thanks for any suggestions!
