AllisonM723
On day 1! I just roasted beets today for this week and threw about 2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar on them. I read that balsamic vinegars are ok, but as I read the ingrediants on the bottle it says it contains sulfites! Yikes! Is it ok to eat the beets or should I try and drain as much white balsamic vinegar out?? Thank you!
Guest
It depends on if the sulfites are there naturally or added after. How is it listed on the label? If it says something like Ingredients: white balsamic vinegar, sulfites... It might not be OK. If it has sulfites in parenthesis or if it says contains: sulfites, you're probably OK. Not sure if that made sense.
