MamaD Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 I as trying to figure out what has been causing GI issues for me since I started the plan 15 days ago. I thought it only happened when i ate gluten. I think I figured it out....almonds! By keeping a food log I narrowed it down. Anyone else have issues with them?
