Bump0405510 Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 I'm on day 31 and have been having "hot flashes" for the last 3 or 4 days. I just turned 42 and have always been one of those people who are always cold. Now I keep overheating. My DH said that he thinks maybe I am having hot flashes, and now that I think about it, I think that's exactly what's going on. Could it be the diet? Maybe it's normal at my age, although I have an almost 3 year old child, so I feel WAY too young for that! Has anyone else heard of such a thing with this diet? Link to comment
jennrider Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 I'm 38 and usually always cold also. I did have hit flashes and seemed to sweat a lot more when I did my first W30 in August. It doesn't seem to happen anymore. I chalked it up to hormones adjusting. Link to comment

I'm 35 and just had a baby (10.5) months ago; so I'm pretty sure it's just hormone related and not the time of "the change." Link to comment
