Pia's 2nd whole30 food log

Hello everyone :) This time around I want to log my food not only to keep myself accountable but also to share recipes and ideas with anybody who might want or need them. Technically I am on day 8 but since I am starting the food log today and just signed oup for the daily email I just feel like starting my 30 day countdown today. It will only make me healthier after all. I know I have years of yo-yo dietining and bad eating habits to heal so I am in this for the long haul.

7am breakfast

kale omelet with strawberries

12:30pm lunch

ground beef with tomato sauce. zucchini and sweet potato with a garlic-mayo dipping sauce

I will update this later at the end of the day. Have a good rest of the day everyone!
