Confused about fat!

Hello all, I have kind of a silly question. I usually sauté my veggies or meats in olive oil for each meal...maybe 1 tablespoon. Should I still add half an avocado or another source of fat to my meals or is the olive oil considered enough? Or should I go by how hungry I feel? Just wanna make sure I'm doing this right! Thanks!

Definitely go by how hungry you feel, but the template is EITHER a cooking oil source OR another fat source. If you just do the cooking oil, and you find that you're hungry in a couple of hours, you'll either need more protein, or a half an avocado or something else

I think you have a good starting point. I would work it from there. If you find that you are hungry a few hours later then I would consider adding more fat/protein. But if you wanted to add a good fat like and avocado, you could hardly argue with that.
