Start date-March 16

Hey! Anyone thinking about starting on Sat. March 16th? I have dabbled into the Paleo liefstyle in the past but know it is time to seriously change my eating. I am 32 and a full time Dental Hygiene student, wife and mother of 2. I have gained 15-20 lbs over the last year or so. School has really taken a toll on exercising and the types of food I put in my mouth. I am tired, grumpy and ready to get out of this funk!!! Anyone thinking about starting Sat. let me know!! Ready to do this!! :)

Hi Heather,

I am planning on starting Saturday. I'm an Air Force wife, mother to a 3year old, full time MSN student and I am currently starting my CrossFit journey. I'm really using this to jump start a healthy lifestyle. I'm super excited.

You are a busy woman too! I really want to do crossfit!! Planning on starting in the fall when my gym membership is over!! I am really looking to start this! I have always been active and compete in triathlons but over this pass year being at school 40 hours a week has really taken its toll! Time to take some control. :)

Heather, I'm starting on Sunday, the 17th, just a day after you start. I am in the same boat as you - I've put on weight in the past year or two and am tired of feeling run down all the time. My husband and I work full time out of the home and 2 years ago we bought 26 acres and run a small pasture-raised pork farm. We live on the farm as well and are currently remodeling our home. So, between running the farm, remodeling the house, and working full time (with a 1 hour commute), my eating habits have suffered. I'm ready to take some control as well.
