Non Olive Oil Mayo?

There is a brand of coconut oil called "natures way" that makes a liquid coconut oil- that stays liquid even cold. I've used that to make mayo and it's delicious. It doesn't come out as thick so usually I use it mixed with extra light tasting olive oil.

What is this extra light tasting olive oil i keep coming across in the forum. I haven't finished iswf yet but I saw it mentioned once so far with the note that it is not the same as EVOO... what is the difference and how can i tell I have the right stuff when in grocery store?

Do I need to go to Whole Foods or TJ to find these oils or is it something I might find in Kroger's natures market section?
