I am not even halfway through and I feel pretty darn good - my energy is up, I haven't been bloated at all, and then there's this weight loss thing! Yay! Even though weight loss is almost a nice byproduct of all this wonderful work you're doing (rather than a primary driver), it feels kind of magical when those favorite pieces of clothing get back into rotation again.
