Xandra
I shop at Whole Foods for ground beef sometimes. When I can get pasture-raised, grass-fed (animal welfare rating 4) I will usually choose the less expensive, higher fat content (e.g., 85% lean Instead of 90%), with the idea that this counts as healthy fat. Am I thinking about this the right way, or should I always choose the leanest option available?
Susan W
Xandra when you buy grass fed, pastured anything the fat is healthy. Full of Omega 3 and not full of stress toxins. Gobble that fat.
