I'm 167 pounds (75.4kg). Ideally I want to get down to 65kg eventually.

I have a binge eating disorder.

I have completed a whole30 before but kind of "relapsed" and ended up undoing a lot of my progress. However, I KNOW this works. I just need more time.

So I'm starting a full on Whole80 tomorrow.

Just one little exception to the rules: I'll allow one weigh in on day 41, just to track progress really.

Going to be keeping a journal here. Help me out, because I know I'm going to need it the first few weeks :)
