Carolyn Cornett Hobbs
So today is my 8th day on my first Whole 30. On Thursday my allergies to the bradford pear trees started...they are blooming all over the neighborhood! But...it was only one day. No more problems. Could it be that I might not have to deal with them during this Whole 30??? Well if so...I know what I will be doing every year this time. Happy to not have to be a slave to my kleenex box Carolyn
JJB
Oh wow, I didn't even think of that. Mid-march is when I always start my allergy meds. I generally don't wait for symptoms, because my pills take about a week to kick in and I don't want to be miserable for that week. I'll try not to get my hopes up, but I will skip them for now and see if I experience any symptoms. It's only one little pill a day, plus eye drops occasionally...but it sure would be nice not to have to worry about it!!
helen
I'm interested to see how my seasonal allergies are affected once all the trees around here are in bloom too.
