Susan W
Sure. As long as they don't sneak anything nasty in it like sugar.
Johnny M
yes! I would not survive my whole30s (or life) without club soda. I order it at bars and restaurants and drink a lot of it at home. Try some other twists too like cucumber slices and mint leaves!
SpinSpin
I love club soda! I often cut my kombucha to make it last with club soda--yummy!
Jami
Oh I am so happy to here that, thank you all for the messages. WHAT is kombucha and where do I buy?
Kasie Kyle
If you order at a restaurant just make sure they give you Club Soda, or Sparkling Water and not Tonic. I am a bartender, and my server colleagues often get Club Soda and Tonic confused. Tonic has added sugar and calories, while Club Soda does not. As a side: I've been infusing club soda with Black Cherries (Frozen) and Lime overnight. Its a wonderful, easy, Whole30 approved Cherry-Limeade! jmcbn
Are these ingredients okay: purified carbonated water (water, carbon dioxide), salt, sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, sodium sulfate. Sorry, no sulphites so this is off limits for your Whole30
