faymao Posted March 22, 2013 Share Posted March 22, 2013 Hello again! I've just finished ISWF and my whole30 is going to start on Monday after a major family event on the weekend. (I'm already doing mostly Paleo.) I love the sound of the salmon cakes in ISWF, but it calls for almond flour, and I'm allergic to tree nuts. Do you think I should substitute coconut flour, or leave the flour element out entirely? (Also this doesn't count as 'paleo-fying' things, right?
