britchanel
I started a log where I kind of introduced myself, but have been doing some reading and decided to introduce myself here, too! I've dabbled in paleo eating, but have never fully committed to a Whole30. I am a graduate student and am planning a July wedding, so needless to say, I have a lot going on! I want to do the Whole30 to cut the junk I've been eating, feel better, and learn some healthy eating habits for myself and my future husband. A couple of my bridesmaids are on board and I'm very excited to begin!
Kirsteen
Hi, welcome. congratulations on the wedding. It's great that you've got friends doing it with you. Any questions you have, don't be afraid to ask. good luck
britchanel
Thank you so much! Unfortunately, I'm going to start tomorrow ...I was out of town all weekend and have not been able to go to the grocery store and load up on compliant food! The good part is, today my fiance decided to start with me, so maybe the delay was a good thing! Good luck to all who are doing an April Whole30! Kirsteen
Hi, don't worry about the delay. It's far better to start when you've had time to prepare for it and great news that your fiance's starting with you. good luck to both of you
