faymao
I'm allergic to nuts, and my husband is allergic to all kinds of fruits and vegetables. We're eating everything else on the list, too--there's lots to choose from!
MrsE44
Forgot to add bananas, broccoli, cantaloupe, mango, papaya, pineapple... Started my Whole30 today, just working with what I CAN have!
Kirsteen
I should think the W30 would be one way of eating that would be fairly easy to do. After all fruit isn't necessary at all, lots of people don't eat broccoli, there's loads of veg still to choose from and for fats there's ghee, tallow, duck fat, olive oil etc and lots of lovely meat fish and eggs .
