nikki_chase
prior to learning about whole9/whole30/etc. i added chlorophyll drops to my water daily. i felt good about it for several reasons and wanted to know if this was something i could reintroduce to the way i am eating now? Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 25, 2012 Moderators Share Posted June 25, 2012 You consume chlorophyll whenever you eat your greens, so eating the Whole30 way means that you consume a lot naturally. Supplementing with drops is unnecessary. And supplements are rarely (maybe never) as effective as eating real, whole foods. Real, whole foods include more stuff than scientists can isolate and that stuff may be as important or necessary to the effectiveness of the supplement. I suppose you can add chlorophyll drops to your water during a Whole30, but don't let that keep you from eating a big bunch of fresh spinach or serving of cabbage.
