Lora Friedenthal 12
I can get chargrilled burgers at some places, but sweet potato fries are off because they're fried in seed oil, right?
Megan Claydon 288
unfortunately yes...they are almost always in seed oil and covered in corn starch...thats how they get so crispy
Johnny M 772
I thought I'd mention that while sweet potatoes are approved, be careful going to town on sweet potato fries. I LOVE them but one of the reason you're asked to avoid white potatoes on whole30 is because they're so overconsumed and they often replace otherwise healthy and nutritious veggies from landing on your plate so enjoy some occasional home made sweet potato fries but remember we tend to eat those the same way we tend to eat white potato fries which is, in overabundance and mindlessly.
