The only ingredients are macadamia nuts and salt, so I guess they are dry roasted. I don't know why you would need to add oil to roast nuts anyway. They have oil in them to start with. AmyS Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 Err, I'm not Tom nor do I play him on TV, but I'm preeeeetty sure that unless you are picking up the mac nuts from the ground around your personal mac nut tree (which does happen here in Hawaii!), that they're going to come already dry roasted. It really brought it home that our ancestors would never have gorged themselves on nuts the way we do.
