Whole30 #2

My first Whole30 was one of the hardest things I've ever done. The sugar dragon was breathing down my neck and the old "habits" were calling but I did it. I lost 20 lbs., one clothes size, started exercising, slept better, had more energy, was able to eliminate an antidepressant AND had a HUGE reduction in the number of migraines I normally have. Those few migraines I did have were in the first 5 days and the 2 I had in the last week were manageable with meds. A vacation in London & stress at work upon my return has thrown me off but I am ready to tackle another Whole30. I did sign up for the Whole30 dailies again just to motivate & hold myself accountable. I'll be reading the posts on this forum more as well.
