Clarissa Spiro
I am psyched to start the w30 on Monday - really looking forward to breaking my sugar addiction and becoming healthier. I read a lot about people losing weight on this, and that's great! However, I have a naturally high metabolism and am naturall very thin as is. I DO NOT want to lose weight on this ! Anyone in a similar position. ? How can I stay compliant and at my current weight ?
Kirsteen
The W30 is not actually designed as a weight loss tool, though many people who are overweight find it has this effect. It's designed to feed your body good nourishing food. It may take you a while to work out the quantities you need to eat but if you don't skimp the good fats and eat plenty of good starchy veg it should work out fine. Did I mention 'don't skimp the good fats' good luck and let us know how you get on.
faymao
Also, since no one has mentioned it yet, don't skimp on good fats. I have been following the rules and thus have not weighed myself, but I feel good. I don't think I've lost much, if anything, but it's not about that for me, either. I just eat until I'm full, and then I sit for a few minutes to make sure I'm full, and then I go ahead and clean up for the night.
Clarissa Spiro
Luckily I have been embracing sat fat for quite awhile in my diet, so that won't be hard! I guess I will just have to listen to my body.
